Bear at Home celebrates the places and products which remind us of a simpler time when craftsmanship guaranteed satisfaction, and service was just good business. Return PolicyPAYMENT OPTIONS: We accept American express, VISA, MasterCard, and Personal Checks. Orders paid by personal check will be shipped after the check clears.
RETURN POLICY: We will happily accept returns for items that are unsatisfactory for any reason. Any items (with the exception of edible items, custom and personalized products) may be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Refunds will be issued in the form of a check. Shipping is non-refundable. Complete and send our Return/Exchange Form with your return. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for orders more than 30 days old. If items are lost or damaged on their return trip to us, we cannot make a refund. You may send your items via regular US Mail, but we recommend that you ask for delivery confirmation.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS: Edible items such as chocolates are non returnable due to their perishable nature. Custom items cannot be returned except for manufacturer's defects.
EXCHANGE POLICY: Ordered the wrong size or color? Simply send the unwanted items to us with our Return/Exchange Form indicating the new item's you would like, and we will be happy to exchange them. If you need your exchange immediately and do not want to wait, you can also place a new order for the correct item(s) and return the items that you don't want in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. CANCELLATIONS: Orders cancelled after they are placed and processing has begun are subject to a $5.00 cancellation fee.
Shipping PolicySHIPPING WITHIN THE U.S. : We do our best to ship orders within 24-48 hours, except for certain items (custom and personalized items, etc.) which are ordered directly from the manufacturer and require more time. Occasionally, due to high demand, we run out of a particular size in a particular style. We ask for your patience as we constantly re-stock these items and will ship to you as soon as they arrive.
Unless otherwise noted, orders are shipped to you via USPS Priority mail. Some large-size items shipped direct from the manufacturer may require an additional charge, which is noted in the item description or during the checkout procedure.
Some heavy orders may incur additional shipping charges. We will contact you before shipping.
Shipping & handling within the United States (unless otherwise noted on the item page) is based upon the total amount of your order, and is charged as follows:

INTERNATIONAL & CANADIAN ORDERS: Some oversized items may not be available for shipment overseas. Due to the different regulations and weight restrictions in different countries, our shopping cart cannot accurately calculate the actual shipping charges on international orders. Actual shipping charges will apply. You will be contacted by email before shipping to approve shipping charges for packages over two pounds. Packages under two pounds will be charged $25.25.
